1. Using the catalogue
Ashok Cosmos Mall is a Shopping Mall & Entertainment Center serving customers in Agra. This website lets visitors browse fashion and lifestyle selections, review product information and prepare an order request. Use the site for lawful personal browsing and genuine enquiries.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access information belonging to another visitor or submit misleading information. There is no account registration, online payment gateway or backend order tracking on this version of the website.
2. Product descriptions and photographs
Names, sizes, colours, descriptions and INR prices help you compare the catalogue. Current prices are sample catalogue prices and must be confirmed before a real purchase. Availability and product specifications have not been independently confirmed by this website.
Some current photographs are illustrative and may not match the exact listed colour or item. Request confirmation of the actual product before agreeing to a purchase. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
3. Selections and cart
Review your chosen product, colour and size before checkout. The cart stores one entry per product in the current browser; selecting In Cart removes that product. Stored selections do not reserve stock or lock a price.
Browser data may be cleared or unavailable on another device. If a selection is lost, review and select the product again. Do not treat a saved cart as evidence that a purchase has been accepted.
4. Order references and acceptance
Submitting the current order form produces a browser confirmation and reference. The request is not transmitted to a fulfilment system, and the reference does not establish an accepted sale or delivery commitment.
To arrange a real purchase, contact the mall separately and confirm product availability, specifications, price, applicable charges and delivery arrangements. Keep any separately agreed purchase details for future communication.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is the only payment option shown. No money is collected by this website. For any separately confirmed purchase, the payable amount and the practical payment arrangements must be agreed before fulfilment.
A displayed subtotal does not establish that shipping is free or that service is available at every address. Ask for an itemised final amount, including any charges, before accepting an actual order.
6. Delivery and after-sales questions
Read the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation pages for guidance on making a request. This site does not publish a confirmed universal return period, dispatch deadline or cancellation cutoff.
Any transaction-specific arrangements need to be confirmed with the mall. These website explanations do not remove rights that may apply to an actual purchase under applicable law.
7. Website availability and communication
Website content and features may change during maintenance. Review the current information when making a new enquiry. Save important separately confirmed purchase details outside the browser if you need a lasting record.
